Your saved lists

Your quote basket and saved products are stored in your browser’s local storage on this device. These lists do not require an account. You can remove individual products or clear your browser’s site data to delete them.

Your enquiries

Your pasted product list, name, phone number, email and country are used to prepare a message. The form does not submit that information to a MedSphere First Aid database. You choose whether to open WhatsApp and send the prepared message to our sales team, or download it to your device.

Once you send a message through WhatsApp, your information is handled through that service and by the sales team responding to your enquiry. WhatsApp’s own privacy terms apply to the service.

Hosting and technical information

The website is hosted on Vercel. The hosting provider may process technical request information, including IP addresses and browser details, to deliver and secure the website.

Visitor analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand website visits and interactions. Google Analytics uses cookies and processes information such as page URLs, referring websites, browser and device details. Read how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Payments

This website does not collect payment card details. Pricing and payment arrangements are discussed directly with the sales team after a quote request.
